About
Lauren Florek is an executive and life coach, certified neurolinguistics practitioner, author, and the founder of New Mindset Foundation. Before coaching, she spent more than a decade in leadership across marketing, public relations, and healthcare, building teams and navigating environments where both results and relationships mattered.
What interested her most was the tension between outward performance and the human experience beneath it: why capable people lose trust in themselves, why communication breaks down, why old patterns persist, and why achievement can still leave people feeling disconnected. That curiosity became the foundation of her work. With a background in psychology and training in emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, she studies how internal patterns shape the way we lead, relate, decide, and move through change.
Today Lauren coaches a limited number of private clients, advises leaders and organizations, designs leadership-development programs, and creates tools that help people understand themselves more clearly. The context changes; the work stays the same: making the invisible visible so people can lead, relate, and choose with greater awareness.
Lauren is also the author of Making Lemonade, published under her imprint, LemonPress Books, and she writes and speaks at laurenonlife.com.
Author. Coach. Student of the human experience.
